SHIPPING PROCESS
Your products are sent to your worldwide address free of charge by airmail express cargo. It usually takes an average of one week for your orders to reach you. PREMIUM PRODUCTS
In our premium products, we perform additional checks and tests to ensure the safety and quality of the products. Therefore, it may take a little longer for premium products to ship. However, this additional time is necessary to ensure that the products reach you in full performance. It is also important to comply with customs procedures for international shipments. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return period (for legal reasons) for the products you want to return. This period starts from the date you receive the product. You have 14 days to request a return (Note: Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than quality issues.)
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging as it was when you received it.

For defective or undamaged items, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense (except where prohibited by law) and a 15% restocking fee will apply. No restocking fee will be charged for damaged or defective items. Products sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Refunds
